Here is the poster for the comic opera,

Here we see two Christian women who are being enslaved. The slave on the left is supposed to be laid in the pasha's harem today. Is this satire? I'm trying to prove why I think so. It is the Crimean War. But what uniform is the group of soldiers on the left wearing? First impression: a Turkish fez. The red Turkish military headgear. But on closer inspection I see a French bicorne hat.1 However, it is put on so unmilitarily crooked that you would think it was a fez.

We are not quite finished yet. The Crimean War was called the Crimean War but only partly took place in the Crimea. The Allies landed in the Crimea but were not able to establish themselves there.

So now comes the satire

The Russians protect the Crimean Tatars from the evil French.

Before we get to the operetta alarm, it's about loyal men, or rather, Treumänner. The Jew Alois Pollitzer is lucky to have a birth name that is not Jewish. Unlike others. For example, Zuckerberg. So he changes his name to Treumann. Because it's about loyal men.

This photo was taken around 1908, two years before 1910.

Because it is about loyal men. Austria Hungary is connected to the Ottoman Empire. The Ottoman Empire is still ruled by a jihadist caliph. The Ottoman Empire is based on Treumann's former Christians who were enslaved and now serve the Sultan as pashas. However, the spirit of the times has also brought the concept of human rights to Turkey. In 1905 it was foreseeable that the Austrians in Bosnia would march towards Serbia in the course of a jihad. Or towards Montenegro. And there you can

have Arabic fantasies. As for example in the operetta by Fanz von Suppé-

Fatiniza

But fortunately there is also a French poster in which the world is back in order. Everyone is wearing the right uniform, especially all the Turks are wearing their red fez. But unfortunately the reporter is now Treumann. And that is why Louis Treumann sings the reporter song. The illustrations are excellent. Luis Treumann places great value on humor and cuteness.
